Guinness World Record achieved for “Thinnest Latex Condom”

AONI –Record Holder of the “Thinnest Latex Condom” Press Conference, Four Seasons Hong Kong
On February 20, 2014, the Guinness World Records’ adjudicator presented AONI with the official certification as Record Holder of the “Thinnest Latex Condom” at Hong Kong Four Seasons.

AONI was officially crowned the record holder of the “Thinnest Latex Condom” on December 2, 2013 at 0.036 mm, beating previous record-holder Okamoto of Japan’s at 0.038mm. For more details, search for “Thinnest Latex Condom” on the official website: www.guinnessworldrecords.com.

During the Press Conference, there were a series of demonstration tables that allowed guests to touch and feel the naked condoms and compare with the average condom. Many guests commented

on a noticeable difference when weighing with one condom on each hand

.

Victor Chan, Managing Director, shares with the audience that besides “thin”, softness and elasticity is very important. In order to give a condom a “flesh like” texture, the condom must fit the male organ perfectly – this comes with the perfect elasticity formula in the AONI condoms.

Industry insights indicate that there are other “thin” condoms on the market that are made of “polyurethane” which are known as “PU” in the condom industry. Although there are many different claims of thinness, the softness of those condoms are incomparable with condoms made of natural latex.

Subsequent to the Press Conference, AONI received significant media coverage beyond their home-base. Besides Asia, the story reached headliners on multi-national newspapers and television channels on a worldwide basis including but not limited to AFP, Dow Jones, Bloomberg, Sina, Phoenix TV, Tencent, MSN, Global Finance, and more.

The Press Conference was a big success and was a great start for 2014!
